Appointments
We schedule all services by appointment only. You may schedule an appointment by visiting our website any time day or night or by calling our spa on 609-949-9049 during business hours.
Please note that a valid credit card number is required at time of booking to reserve your appointment. Your card will not be charged at time of booking.

Appointment Reminders
As a courtesy, we call, text or email you an appointment reminder 24-48 hours in advance.

Cancellations
The time needed for the service(s) you schedule is reserved especially for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment(s), we require at least 24 hours advance notice; Packages and weekend appointments require at least 48 hours advance notice.
Clients who fail to reschedule or cancel their appointment(s) within the notice required by this cancellation policy will be charged 50% of the full treatment price. However, if you reschedule your appointment within 7 days, the 50% penalty fee will be credited to your rescheduled service. No shows will be charged the full cost of the service.

Gratuities
SkinCare by Solachi is strictly a NON~TIPPING establishment. Simply stated, we have opted to remove the tipping element from the guest experience. This ensures that you will receive unconditional, world~class customer service every time you visit us.
Your personal recommendation is our finest reward.

Minors (17 yrs or younger)
An adult must accompany minors receiving a service.

Payment Methods
We accept Cash, Debit, local checks (with ID), MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Valid SkinCare by Solachi and SpaFinder Gift Cards and Gift Certificates.
A minimum fee of 25 dollars will be charged for returned checks.

Prices/Times
Our prices are subject to change without notice. All times stated are approximate.

Refunds
Should you be dissatisfied with a product, please return it unopened with your receipt within two weeks of the purchase date. We will gladly exchange the full value for a product more suited to your needs or issue you a spa credit of equal value.

Smoking
Use of tobacco is prohibited in our spa.
