Arrivals
Plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment (20 minutes for first time guests).
Cell Phones
As a courtesy to our guests, we ask that you please turn your cell
phone to silent when entering the spa and step outside to take a ‘must
answer' phone call.
Children
We love children... even our own! However, as a courtesy to other guests we kindly ask that you do not bring children with you.
Late Arrival
Arriving on time or early will ensure that your treatment time will run its proper course. Late arrivals will be subject to shortened treatment time so the next guest will not be delayed.
Medical Conditions
If you have any medical conditions, be sure to mention them when you
book your appointment. Certain treatments may not be advisable for you.
Tell your skin therapist if you are wearing contact lenses before you
have a facial.
Open Communication
You are our guest and can modify most aspects of a treatment to your taste i.e. amount of light, kind (or absence) of music, room temperature, silence or conversation during treatment.
Shaving
It is not recommended that you shave before a facial but if you must, do so at least 4 hours before your scheduled appointments
Socializing
When in common areas please be mindful of others. Keep conversations at a low level.
Sun
Try to avoid the sun on the day of treatment and, in some cases the day after.
Valuables
We suggest that you please leave your valuables at home. Most of our
treatments require removal of jewelry, and we regret that we cannot be
responsible for loss or damage to personal articles including clothing
and accessories, or for misplaced items.
